No merchandise is returnable without company authorization.
Absolutely no returns will be accepted without an invoice number and date of purchase. Please contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 6 months per date of invoice.
Merchandise must be in original containers and in resalable condition. Custom made “special” items may not be returned for credit. All returns must be shipped prepaid to the following address, with the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box.
