What if there is damage to my shipment or the incorrect amount of product was shipped?

We exercise extreme care when packaging our shipments. Please notify us within 5 days of any damage or orders shipped incorrectly.

What are the credit terms and conditions?

Our credit terms are net 30 days. All merchandise is priced Free on Board from St. Paul, Minnesota. Prices quoted do not include Federal, State, and Local taxes. All prices are subject to change without notice except when protected by a written contract. All shipments are billed at the price on the original order date.

What are the International Credit Terms and Conditions?
International customers will be required to pay by one of the following methods:
  • Prepaid wire transfer for the full amount of the order
  • Standard Letter of Credit
  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card
Additionally, freight will be added to the invoice or shipped as a Collect Shipment.
Can I create a Bird & Cronin account?

Are credit cards accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card are accepted. Please note that payments made by credit card are subject to a pass-through administrative fee of 3%, which will be assessed and processed at the time of your payment transaction.

What is the cut-off time for ordering and shipping the same day?

We require orders to be received by 12:00 pm CST to ensure same day shipping, based on item availability. Please contact customer service for additional information.

Warranty and Returns


Bird & Cronin warrants to the original purchaser each Bird & Cronin product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship (as detailed in Warranty Section below) and warrants to replace defective product with an equal product. Bird & Cronin warranty does not apply if the product was not purchased directly from Bird & Cronin or any Bird & Cronin authorized dealer. Warranty period commences on original shipment date of the product. The Warranty does not cover damage related to alterations, accidents, neglect, misuse or if the product has not been used in accordance to Bird & Cronin’s Instructions for Use. The Warranty excludes normal wearing of parts or deterioration due to normal wear and tear. Repairs or replacements under warranty do not extend the warranty period of the device. The Warranty does not cover damages related to shipments via a purchaser’s selected freight carrier and purchaser is responsible for all freight charges and any damage claims.

Bird & Cronin reserves the right to inspect defective products. All product returns require prior written approval with an issued Return Material Authorization (RMA). Any returns without an RMA will be refused at the sole expense of the customer. Please call customer support at 1-800-328-1095 for instructions BEFORE returning any defective or damaged products.

The duration of product warranty is outlined in the table below:

Non-warranty returns will be accepted within 180 days from original shipment date. Bird & Cronin shall review and inspect product returns with a valid Return Material Authorization. All returns for non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, if accepted. Products must be in good condition, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition. Bird & Cronin will issue a credit less restocking fee based on inspection findings and re-salability of product. No returns for products denoted as non-cancellable and non-returnable will be permitted to be returned.

Custom products and products with custom logos are not returnable.

As a reminder, all product returns, replacement, or repairs require prior written approval with an issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Any returns without an RMA will be refused at the sole expense of the customer. Please call customer support at 1-800-328-1095 for instructions BEFORE returning any product.
