Frequently Asked Questions

  • No returns will be accepted after 6 months per date of invoice.
  • No merchandise is returnable without company authorization.   
  • Absolutely no returns will be accepted without a valid Bird & Cronin invoice number and date of purchase.   
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Merchandise must be in original containers and in resalable condition.   
  • Custom-made “special” items may not be returned for credit.
  • All returns must be shipped prepaid to the following address, with the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box. Please contact Customer Care to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number.  Return Address: 1200 Trapp Road, Eagan, MN 55121 

Extreme care is exercised in packaging our shipments. Please notify us within 5 days of any damage or orders shipped incorrectly.

All Bird & Cronin products are warranted against defects found in material and/or workmanship for the useful life of the product when used in accordance with generally accepted medical practices and/or in accordance with instructions from Bird & Cronin LLC. Alteration to, misuse of, or failure to maintain pursuant with directions from Bird & Cronin LLC of any product shall void this warranty. Please contact your customer care representative with warranty problems or questions.


Net 30 days. All merchandise is priced F.O.B. St. Paul, Minnesota. Prices quoted are exclusive of Federal, State, and Local taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice except when protected by written contractual agreement. All shipments are billed at prices prevailing as of date of original order.

International customers will be required to pay by one of the following methods and freight will be shipped collect or added to the invoice:

  • Prepaid wire transfer for the full amount of the order
  • Standard Letter of Credit
  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card

When ordering please specify:

  1. Customer account number
  2. Purchase order number
  3. Shipping and billing address including zip code
  4. Product item number
  5. Quantity desired
  6. Any special shipping instructions   

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card are accepted. Please note that payments made by credit card are subject to a pass-through administrative fee of 3%, which will be assessed and processed at the time of your payment transaction.

To enable all departments’ better service your needs, we require orders to be received by 12:00 pm CST to ship the same day, based on item availability. Orders with items that are in stock can be placed as late as 3:30 pm CST and still ship the same day if specified. Please contact customer service for additional information.
