Our History
Originally founded in 1970 by Charles Bird, John Bird, and Tim Cronin, Bird & Cronin evolved from a regional home care distributor into a premier global designer and manufacturer of high-quality medical products.
Following its acquisition by Dynatronics Corporation in 2017, the brand expanded its manufacturing capabilities to meet a rapidly growing healthcare market. Today, Bird & Cronin has fully transitioned to the ownership of Grayline Medical Inc.
Coinciding with this new chapter, our corporate headquarters and fulfillment operations have officially relocated from St. Paul, Minnesota, to Grayline’s state-of-the-art facility in Santa Fe Springs, California. This alignment strengthens our logistics, modernizes our supply chain, and ensures we continue our decades-long legacy of providing responsive, world-class orthopedic solutions to the changing healthcare environment.
