This Payment Policy applies to wholesale, B2B, healthcare, and institutional orders placed directly with Bird Cronin, Inc. Retail customers: purchases made through store.birdcronin.com are covered by the store’s Payment Policy.
Accepted Payment Methods
Bird Cronin, Inc. (Bird & Cronin) accepts the following payment methods:
Credit and Debit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. The cardholder’s name, billing address, and other payment information must match the information associated with the payment method.
Net 30 Terms
Approved wholesale and institutional accounts may be invoiced on net 30 terms. Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
ACH and Wire Transfers
ACH and wire transfers are available upon request. Contact us for current banking instructions before initiating a payment.

Checks should be made payable to Bird Cronin, Inc. and mailed to:

Please include your purchase order, invoice, or customer account number with the check. Please do not mail cash.
International Orders
International customers are required to pay by prepaid wire transfer for the full order amount, a standard letter of credit, or Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. Freight is added to the invoice or shipped collect.
Pricing and Taxes
All merchandise is priced FOB Santa Fe Springs, California. Prices do not include federal, state, or local taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice except when protected by a written contract, and shipments are billed at the price in effect on the original order date. Qualified tax-exempt organizations may email exemption documentation to info@birdcronin.com.
Declined or Late Payments
If a payment is declined, reversed, or not received when due, we may hold or cancel open orders until the account is brought current.
Refunds and Credits
Approved refunds are issued in accordance with our Return Policy, to the original payment method or as a credit to your account for invoiced orders.
Payment Security
For your protection, always verify payment instructions directly with Bird & Cronin before sending funds. Do not send complete card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or online-banking credentials by email. If anyone asks you to send payment to an account that differs from instructions previously provided by Bird & Cronin, call us to verify the request before sending funds. We are not responsible for payments sent using unauthorized, altered, or fraudulent instructions.
